HOW FOOD SAVE WORKS
We train a dedicated neural network and apply a different method for each implementation. In some cases, it is a combination and subsequent serialization of calculations using multiple networks and methods.
Proper neural network training requires a high-quality dataset. Our solution automates its creation, sorting images into folders corresponding to the respective parameters that we want to track and evaluate.
Video data collection and evaluation is a cyclical process with new data captured, stored, processed, and analyzed at given time intervals. This creates a large database of current and historic data that feed forecasting and modeling of demand/supply in a single location, group of stores, or the entire chain.
The data can also be used in other business applications to solve the customer’s other problems or needs.

Data and integration
The scenarios may produce the following outputs:
- data visualization, e.g., with the Grafanatool. A dashboard shows the absolute or relative number of items in real time, the replenishment process, and historic data by day/hour/location;
- a file with a predefined data structure;
- a set of analyzed camera images that can be used for further training of AI networks,
- and other options.

Integration with customer’s systems
FOOD SAVE can provide access to the AI analytical layer, data, and automated reports via a REST API.
The FOOD SAVE data output can also be sent via an API to the customer’s systems.
Alternatively, FOOD SAVE data can receive external data and process combined data models.
